Financial Chain Corporation is looking for Junior HR Specialist.
 
Job description:

∙ Assisting with implementation of company HR policies and procedures; 
∙ Ensuring accurate administration of personnel documents based on local legislation and regulations; 
∙ Assisting with recruitment process;
∙ Participating in the hiring and promotion process; 
∙ Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

∙ Bachelor Degree in Legal or Economic field;
∙ Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a multinational company;
∙ Good knowledge and work experience in HR administration;
∙ Good knowledge of local statutory labor policies and regulations; 
∙ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature and the ability to persuade others; 
∙ Proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian, preferably good knowledge of English;
∙ Accurate, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines;
∙ Proficient in MS office
