International Relations Specialist

Job summary:

This position is located in the Department of International Relations. The Department is responsible for developing and executing the investor relations policy of the bank, gathering information about international investors, analyzing them and working on the projects and coordinating the Bank’s activity related with them. The holder of the position serves as an International Relations Specialist, providing assistance to department director in coordinating and administering affairs with international financial institutions and investors.    

Job duties:

• Providing administrative support including oral and written translations;
• Preparing agendas and arranging meetings;
• Drafting of Bank correspondence;
• Liaison with other relevant departments in collection of data requested by International Financial Institutions;
• Research and analysis of background information for funders;
• Monitoring of existing funding portfolio.

Main requirements:

• Good relevant degree from a leading university (e.g. international relations, business administration, economics, finance);
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and fluency in a local language;
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial sector;
• Good computer literacy and excellent spreadsheet skills are essential (MS Office programs);
• Ability to work independently and integrate into a team environment;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
