PASHA Insurance OJSC is announcing a vacant position of the Human Resources Business Partner

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Day to day support to the Senior HR Managers as well as the Company functions to develop and implement key strategic HR objectives consistently across all functions within the organization in line with International HR Standards, policies and programs reinforcing the Company vision & values.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate recruitment activities in cooperation with the line managers involved as per Company Standards
• Ensure preparation of role profiles, job offers, employment contracts, orders and other internal employment documents in an accurate, timely and efficient manner in line with local regulation and internal standards
• Participate in onboarding and orientation of new joiners
• Ensure that HR Policies and procedures are in line with Company’s Business Agenda and local legislation requirements as well as communicated and implemented within the organization
• Participate in Talent  and Performance Reviews, Annual salary review processes
• Support with delivery of Training and Development Activities
• Evaluation of HR Effectiveness through functional survey process, results and respective action plan
• Create & maintain annual HR team calendar to track the deliverables
• Continuously track and reinforce company values through diverse & systematic activities
• Prepare a guide to step by step HR communication strategy
• Actively contribute into Employer Branding Strategy

Knowledge and skills

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
• Solid communication skills;
• Fluency in Azeri and Russian, English;
• Good organizational skills to effectively operate in a complex, multi-discipline organization;
• Ability to plan, organize workload and meet deadlines;
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS-Windows;
• International professional HR qualification would be an asset; 
• Business acumen preferred.
