HEAD OF STRATEGY FORMULATION DIVISION

Main duties:

• Formulation of proposals for changes in the 3-year Financial model (Business Model) and the implementation of these initiatives in the model based on the Director’s approval; 
• Formulation  of proposals for changes in the 3-year Corporate strategy; 
• Answers to queries related to the Corporate strategy; 
• Monthly and quarterly reconciliation of the Company's Business Model; 
• Monthly and quarterly reconciliation of the Strategic Goals implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics (MBA is desirable); 
• At least 3 year experience in the banking; 
• Experience with the IFRS financial statements;
• Management skills;
• Analytical mind;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Good communication skills; 
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility; 
• Positiveness;
• Result oriented;
• Stress Management;
• Fluent   Azeri, English and Russian; 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
