Responsibilities:

  • Acceptance of subscribers' calls
  • Consulting customers by phone
  • Corresponding with customers via e-mail and social networks
  • Helping customers in selection of services
  • Working with database

RequiredSkills

  • Perfect knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages (knowledge of English is preferential);
  • Knowledge of computer programs;
  • Sociability, activity, working desire;
  • Responsibility for customers’ satisfaction with service quality and compliance of the service quality to the corporate standards;
  • Ability of rapid training and perfection of knowledge;
  • Analytic skills;
  • Flexible working schedule – full day or partial employment (daytime /evening shifts) ;
  • Acquiescence;
  • Ability of working in team;
  • Literate speech and clear enunciation;
  • Punctuality;
  • Amiability;
  • Work experience in Banking and as Contact Center operator is preferential.
