Responsibilities:
- Acceptance of subscribers' calls
- Consulting customers by phone
- Corresponding with customers via e-mail and social networks
- Helping customers in selection of services
- Working with database
RequiredSkills
- Perfect knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages (knowledge of English is preferential);
- Knowledge of computer programs;
- Sociability, activity, working desire;
- Responsibility for customers’ satisfaction with service quality and compliance of the service quality to the corporate standards;
- Ability of rapid training and perfection of knowledge;
- Analytic skills;
- Flexible working schedule – full day or partial employment (daytime /evening shifts) ;
- Acquiescence;
- Ability of working in team;
- Literate speech and clear enunciation;
- Punctuality;
- Amiability;
- Work experience in Banking and as Contact Center operator is preferential.
