Responsibilities:

• Valuation of real estate, equipment and stock.
• Verification and opinion providing of valuation reports provided by valuation companies. 
• Coordination, controlling and reporting insurance of collaterals
• Controlling results of collateral assessment and verifying records in the single database
• Property Market analysis

Qualifications & skills:

• No less than 1 (one) year experiences in valuation by various types of property. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree 
• Foreign Language: English (intermediate), Russian (conversational)
• Computer Skills: good level of MS Excel and Word 
• Other: technical knowledge of equipment, real estate, construction, quantity surveying, and property market
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, promptness, inquisitiveness, and analytical decision-making skills
• The ability to plan, organize and manage their own time effectively and good team player.
