“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Banking Equipment Field Support Technician for Information and Communication Technologies Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Installation and maintenance of banking equipment (ATM, POS, Exchange machine)
 Solving of equipment hardware and software problems
 Identification of problems and escalation to 2nd and 3rd level support
 Assistance in inventory management of banking equipment
 Preparation reports on dynamics of issues with banking equipment 
 Repair of parts of ATMs and Exchange machines
 Assistance in software for online POS terminals firmware upgrade and configuration pushing
 Installation and maintenance of banking equipment (ATM, POS, Exchange machine)
 Solving of equipment hardware and software problems
 Identification of problems and escalation to 2nd and 3rd level support

SCOPE OF POSITION / STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for support and installation of banking equipment and software.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid technical background needed in ATM maintenance and installation;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian;
