Banking Equipment Field Support Technician
“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Banking Equipment Field Support Technician for Information and Communication Technologies Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation and maintenance of banking equipment (ATM, POS, Exchange machine)
Solving of equipment hardware and software problems
Identification of problems and escalation to 2nd and 3rd level support
Assistance in inventory management of banking equipment
Preparation reports on dynamics of issues with banking equipment
Repair of parts of ATMs and Exchange machines
Assistance in software for online POS terminals firmware upgrade and configuration pushing
Installation and maintenance of banking equipment (ATM, POS, Exchange machine)
Solving of equipment hardware and software problems
Identification of problems and escalation to 2nd and 3rd level support
SCOPE OF POSITION / STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for support and installation of banking equipment and software.
REQUIREMENTS
• Solid technical background needed in ATM maintenance and installation;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian;
