“PASHA Bank” OJSC is  seeking  an Application Developer for Application Development division of Application Development & Support Department.

ABOUT PASHA BANK

PASHA Bank was established in 2007, is a leading corporate bank in Azerbaijan. We have investment banking, trade finance, basic financial services, including asset management, as well as offer a comprehensive set of services for small and medium enterprises. The Bank's main areas of non-oil sector of the economy - agribusiness, transportation, construction, trade and other areas of the economy that contribute to the diversity of services.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To produce code based on the requirements specified in the Technical Requirement document
• To generate algorithms for the integrated software and its compound parts
• To participate in design and development of  reports that might be required by business units
• To develop in-house applications for the needs of the Bank
• To integrate applications for a unified automated process (in-house applications and third party  products within the portfolio integrated)
• To perform necessary modifications on existing software solutions upon the change requirements on the business processes
• To monitor and manage the repository, resolve code conflicts and generate installation packages on regular basis
• To coordinate with external providers for integration projects
• To conduct regular market research of the software development technologies and methodologies to improve productivity
• To perform alpha test to reduce bugs before UAT
• To produce technical documentation for all the developed products and modifications and ensure that the code comprises of detailed comments
• To fulfill  the requests from upper management that might go beyond the scope of the position
• To comply with all generic internal regulations and department standards (industry standards, methodologies, documentation etc.)
• To pay maximum attention on timings and team work for project based assignments

AGE

• 24 – 35

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimal level of relevant experience: 2 years

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Ability of programming Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, RDBMS 
• Experience in Enterprise projects
• Work experience with web services
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management 
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes 
• Ability and experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation
